I’m going nuts over lomo effect picture.  Most of the pictures I’ve taken were lomofied even though the output quality of the photo not as good as real picture taken with real lomo camera but I like to use it on my pictures.  I just love the characteristics we can find in lomo picture.  Actually there is a better way to make this effect in Photoshop, but GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation) has a built-in lomo filter that is easy to apply without so much hassles.  The result, quite dramatic.  But with that filter, we can only do Lomo LC-A lens effect.  Here is the result of lomo effect using GIMP.

Actually the original picture was already good enough where I asked Umar to stand and let the morning sunlight peeking through the window blind and splashed on his face using my cap ayam digital camera.  Impressive tak? (kembang hidung)

…and this woman still saving to get a real lomo colour splash camera. (kalau aku letak nuffnang kat blog aku korang nak click hari-hari tak? :P)
